Shipping policy

All dispatch times vary for each product depending on how long they take to make. Dispatch information is provided for each product description. 

For UK customers: 

All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail either Second Class or Tracked, or Evri Standard Delivery depending on the size, value and weight of your order. This is to ensure that I can keep my shipping prices as low as possible. 

Shipping costs are dependent on the size and weight of your order. The delivery cost will be displayed at checkout. There is also an option for express delivery for an extra fee. Please note this does not speed up your dispatch time, only the shipping time. 

For USA customers: 

All orders shipped to the USA will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard or Royal Mail International Tracked depending on the size and weight of your order.

Shipping costs are dependent on the size and weight of your order. The cost of the product and shipping rate do not include import tax and duties. You will be responsible for any import tax and duties, if required. 

The delivery cost will be displayed at checkout. 

Digital Downloads: 

When purchasing a digital download, please provide an email address. You will receive an email with your download/download instructions within 24 hours of ordering. Please check you spam folder.
